Do you offer free site surveys?

Yes, we’ll happily provide a free site survey, where you can ask any questions you may have and we can make alternative suggestions if  we believe necessary.

Can work be carried out outside normal business hours?

We always strive to cause minimal disruption to businesses, and can provide installations outside of business hours to support this.

Do you remove existing flooring?

We can certainly remove existing flooring, and will undertake all necessary floor preparation works to ensure the best final result.

Can you install flooring in occupied buildings?

We can. We aim for a minimally disruptive approach to our services, and strive to make the installation as smooth as possible for current occupiers.

What flooring manufacturers do you work with?

We work with many manufacturers including: Polyfloor, Milliken, Intereface, Shaw Contracts, Tarkett, Newyhey, Britons, Karndean, Amtico, Plusflor, Heckmondwike, Paragon, F Balls, Ardex and Tremco.

How do I choose the right flooring for my premises?

Do you provide flooring for offices and schools?

We provide flooring to a range of industries, including (but not limited to): corporate and commercial offices, schools and colleges, and residential developments.

Can you match existing flooring during refurbishment projects?

Yes, occasionally there may be batching differences or products may no longer be in production, in these instances we can discuss closest match options and tailor a solution for you.

Do you provide warranties on your installations?

We offer a 12 Month workmanship and a full Manufacturers warranty,  which will be given to you in full.

Do you provide maintenance services?

We offer a range of maintenance services to suit a wide range of needs,  be that repairs and maintenance to fast replacement in cases where  repair is not possible.

How quickly can you start a project?

Depending on specific circumstances, we can usually start within  1 week of the order.
