Leeds City Centre Refurbishment Project

We completed a major flooring refurbishment as part of a city centre fit-out project in Leeds, working on behalf of our client across four floors of offices and associated communal spaces.

Modernised and Refurbished

The project formed part of a wider refurbishment programme designed  to modernise the building and create a high-quality working environment throughout.

The Brief

The works involved the installation of a wide range of flooring products, including Interface, Shaw and Milliken carpet tiles, Nora rubber sheet flooring, and luxury vinyl tiles from Amtico and Shaw. Careful planning and coordination were required to ensure the various flooring finishes worked seamlessly together across different areas of the building while maintaining the overall design vision.

Bespoke Flooring Design Across Multiple Floors

Our team carried out the full flooring installation across all four floors and communal areas, creating visually striking and highly functional workspace environments. Different flooring materials were selected to suit the requirements of each individual space, balancing aesthetics,  durability and long-term performance. 

A key feature of the project was the integration of multiple floor  finishes around the building’s feature staircases and communal areas.  The combination of carpet tiles, rubber flooring and luxury vinyl tiles created distinctive transitions between spaces while maintaining an overall cohesive appearance. Through careful installation and attention to detail, we delivered a high-quality finish that showcased the versatility of the selected flooring products and enhanced the overall look and feel of the refurbished office environment.
