Flooring Installation for New Build Office and Showroom

We completed this flooring installation project at Grandidges Quay, a new build development located on the edge of the docks in Birkenhead’s growing regeneration area.

Communal Spaces and High-Traffic Areas

The works were delivered in partnership with our main contractor client on behalf of Finsa Woods and Laminates, a leading manufacturer of timber flooring products.

The Brief

The project involved the installation of premium engineered wood flooring within the new office and showroom areas, creating a high-quality finish that showcased Finsa’s products within a modern commercial environment. In addition, Forbo vinyl sheet flooring was specified for the back-of-house areas, providing a practical and durable solution suitable for daily operational use.  All associated floor preparation works were completed to ensure the subfloors were ready for installation and capable of delivering a long-lasting finish.

Our team carried out the full flooring installation, fitting Finsa engineered wood flooring throughout the office and showroom to create an attractive and professional setting for both staff and visitors. The natural timber finish complemented the contemporary design of the building, while demonstrating the quality and performance of Finsa’s flooring products. 

Within the back-of-house areas, Forbo vinyl sheet flooring was installed to provide a hard-wearing, low-maintenance surface capable of withstanding regular foot traffic. Through careful preparation and precise installation,  we delivered a consistent and durable finish across all areas of the development. The completed project provided Grandidges Quay with a high-quality flooring solution that combined visual appeal, practicality and long-term performance.
