With property values ranging from £350k to £1.2million, the specification for every floor was exceptionally high, requiring premium flooring materials that would complement both heritage architecture and contemporary interior styles.

The Brief

The brief was to supply and install high-specification carpet finishes alongside luxury vinyl flooring, including luxury vinyl tiles laid in detailed Herringbone and Basket Weave styles. Every room, from living spaces and hallways to kitchens and bathroom areas, required a new floor solution that balanced heritage sensitivity with modern durability, practicality and aesthetic appeal.

Working closely with P J Livesey, we delivered a full installation package including careful preparing and smoothing of subfloors to ensure a flawless base for every vinyl flooring and lvt flooring application. Herringbone and Basket Weave designs were chosen to create a sophisticated finish, allowing homeowners to express their personal style while maintaining the overall design vision of the development. 

The versatility of vinyl flooring allowed each home to achieve a flow from room to room – particularly in open-plan layouts where light, tone and colour consistency are essential. Waterproof luxury vinyl tiles ensures protection against moisture and everyday spills, combining practicality  with premium design. 

Throughout the project, we worked to precise schedules, managing every aspect of the floor installation process.
