Triton Construction required a reliable partner to deliver flooring solutions for a new build office on their Hollinwood site in Chadderton, Oldham, conveniently located off the M60. With a contract value of £152k, the project involved fitting new flooring across the entire office, including high traffic areas, communal spaces and private offices.

The Brief

The challenge was to deliver a combination of Amtico flooring, luxury vinyl tiles, broadloom carpets, and decorative tiles across a large floor area of approximately 4,000m². The design needed to balance styles, functionality, durability and be cost effective, all while allowing ease of maintenance for future building occupants.
