Coventry Building Society – Central Manchester Office

We completed a fast-track flooring refurbishment for Coventry Building Society at their new regional office in Central Manchester.

Modern Open-Plan Workspace

The project was delivered over a 2-week period and formed part of the  fit-out of a modern open-plan workspace designed to support employees across a range of departments and functions.

The Brief

The project required the installation of approximately 2,000m² of Milliken carpet tiles throughout the main office areas, alongside 200m² of Plusflor luxury vinyl tiles within designated breakout spaces. Careful planning and coordination were essential to ensure the office refurbishment was completed within scheduled timelines, while maintaining the high standards that are expected for a professional office environment.

High-Quality Flooring Installation Within a  Tight Programme

Our team carried out the full flooring installation across the new office space, fitting Milliken carpet tiles throughout the open-plan working areas to provide a durable, comfortable and professional finish. Plusflor luxury vinyl tiles were installed within the breakout areas, creating visually distinct spaces that complemented the overall office design, all while offering excellent durability in high-use zones. 

Working to a strict 2-week schedule, we coordinated all aspects of the installation to ensure the office fit out project remained on programme.  The completed flooring scheme delivered a high-quality finish throughout the workspace, meeting all project goals and helping Coventry Building Society to create an attractive, functional and welcoming environment  for employees within their new Manchester office.
