The Brief

Each project involves the replacement of existing flooring using a combination of Shaw carpet tiles and Amtico luxury vinyl tiles, alongside all necessary surface preparation works. Due to the nature of occupied student accommodation, careful planning and scheduling are essential to minimise disruption to residents and ensure communal facilities remain accessible wherever possible.
